01About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the Unify launch waitlist (the “Site”), operated by Unify Ltd (“Unify”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with its registered office at 46 Marlborough Place, London NW8 0PL, United Kingdom. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
02This is a pre-launch site
Unify is a student-exclusive, campus-based marketplace that hasn’t launched yet. This Site describes the product we’re building, and features, timing, pricing and availability may change. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create any contract to provide the app and doesn’t guarantee access, a launch date, a username, or any particular perk. Your use of the Unify Platform at launch will be governed by the full Unify User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
03Who can use the Site
The waitlist is intended for current university students and others interested in the Unify launch. Student eligibility for the Platform is verified at registration using a valid institutional (university) email address. You agree that any information you give us (such as your email or Instagram handle) is accurate and yours to provide.
04The waitlist
If you join, you’re asking us to contact you about the Unify launch, including early access and your username. Any “position” or “number on the list” we show is indicative only and not a binding promise of order or timing. You can ask to be removed at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
05Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it other than through the interface we provide.
- Don’t scrape, copy or harvest content or data at scale without our permission.
- Don’t submit anyone else’s personal information without their consent.
- Don’t use the Site for anything unlawful.
06Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Unify Platform, brand, software, designs and content is and shall remain the exclusive property of Unify Ltd or our licensors. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reuse our branding or content without our written permission.
07Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services (for example our partners, Stripe, or social media). These third parties operate independently and we’re not responsible for their content or practices.
08No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. For visitors in the United States, additional state-specific terms may apply at launch via the relevant Campus Addendum.
